The machine uses electro-hydraulic synchronization to control the Y1 and Y2 cylinders precisely, helping maintain slide parallelism and
achieve repeatable bending results across the full working length.
To improve accuracy under load, mechanical compensation is applied to reduce deflection and deformation impact during bending,
supporting stable angle control in continuous production.
The backgauge system is driven by a digital AC servo motor with precision ball screw transmission and linear guide rails,
providing smooth positioning and reliable repeatability for batch processing.
