The machine frame is fully welded and undergoes stress relief treatment. Critical components are processed in a single gantry machining operation, ensuring excellent rigidity, long-term stability, and consistent bending accuracy.

The grating ruler can measure the exact distance between the slider and the workbench. The grating ruler is connected to the workbench, and the deformation of the column will not affect position detection. The data is immediately fed back to the CNC system, and the servo control signal can be calculated and output. Necessary correction can be made to ensure that the workbench and slider are always in a balanced state.

The standard configuration is a front support that is adjusted according to the step distance. The upper and lower heights can be adjusted manually, and the support has a left and right rotation function.

The TP10S CNC system is equipped with a 10-inch TFT 256K color touch screen. The standard configuration includes Y and X1 axis servo motor control. It supports angle programming, and the system automatically calculates bending depth. The system controls the slider position through the Y axis and the rear stopper position through the X1 axis. It supports up to 220 programs, with each program containing up to 24 steps. The soft limit function and power-off memory ensure stable and reliable operation. Optional matching support is available for X2, R1, R2, Z1, and Z2 axes, as well as angle compensation.
